EE0029 - Jacket and Pants Set

This darling set can be made from many fabrics and colors.  The jacket has a collar and ruffles around sleeve hems and bottom of jacket.  It buttons down the front.  The pants are a contrasting color and have the same ruffle around the cuff to match the jacket.
