Credit:  Patty Cake Fashions accepts Pay Pal for all of its charges. If you have never used Pay Pal, it is free and easy, but you must register the first time you use it. When you click on the payment buttons on our web site, you will be taken to the login form along with the information from your purchase or registration. If you have not previously registered with Pay Pal, click here to sign up now -- it's easy! Have your credit card ready. Once registered, you are ready to proceed with your transaction today as well as any other web site using the Pay Pal system. It is fast, safe and secure.

Shipping Fees:  Whenever possible, all orders will be shipped within one business day using UPS Ground Service. We will e-mail you once your purchase has been shipped. The following charges will apply within Continental United States:  Up to $9.99 - $6.00; Up to $49.99 - $8.00; Up to $99.99 - $11.00; up to $199.99 - $14.00; over $200.00 - $19.00.  If you would like your order shipped outside the Continental U.S. or by next-day delivery, e-mail us with your request and we will recalculate your shipping charge and email you with your recalculated order total.

Gift Wrapping Service:  We will be more than happy to gift wrap your purchase for an additional $3.00 per package.  Just send me an e-mail with the item you ordered and indicate that you would like it gift wrapped.  I will also include a handwritten gift card with your personalized gift message.  Include the wording for your gift message in the e-mail requesting gift wrap.  I will bill you through Pay Pal for the $3.00 gift wrapping service.  All price tags are removed and no invoice is included with gift wrapped orders.  We will ship your wrapped gift with card to either you or to your designated gift recipient.  Please include all information in your e-mail to us.

Exchanges and Returns:  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 calendar days for a full refund less shipping fees.  Shipping fees are not refundable.   Please note that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise that has bee n worn or that is not in its original condition. Holiday and sale merchandise is considered a final sale.  Just e-mail me with a note that you want to return the merchandise and I will give you shipping instructions.  Please allow 14 days to process your return. The merchandise total amount (excluding shipping fees) will be credited to the credit card used to purchase it.
